At Drapers Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unwashed and uncut fabrics. Please note that custom-cut orders and final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in the original packaging along with a copy of your packing slip and the authorization number.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fabric, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
