How do I order fabric samples?
We offer swatches for most of our fabrics to help you feel the texture and see the true color. You can add a sample to your cart directly from the product page for a small fee.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum cut for all fabrics is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can order in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what your project requires.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return fabric once it has been cut?
Because our fabrics are cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error in the cutting process.
Are the colors on screen accurate?
While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, different monitors and mobile screens can display colors differently. We highly recommend ordering a sample if a precise color match is essential.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for designers?
